Jonathan Pollet from Red Tiger Security invited to speak at the NERC Grid Security Conference (GridSecCon 2011)

The NERC Grid Security Conference (GridSecCon 2011) is scheduled to be held from October 18-20, 2011 in my hometown of New Orleans, and I'm looking forward to participating in the conference.  In addition to the excellent agenda put together by Mark Weatherford and his team, the venue also offers the chance to experience some excellent Cajun food, culture, and music. Red Tiger Security has been selected to present at the upcoming ISA Automation week Safety and Security track in October. SCADA Security Training at BlackHat

After much demand from the BlackHat community, Tom Parker and I were requested to join forces and create a compressed 2-day SCADA Security course tailored for BlackHat attendees. We took Tom's vulnerability research, Stuxnet dissection, and NERC expertise, sprinkled in a heavy dose of my background in the fundamentals of SCADA System design, architecture, and defense, and created an excellent 2-day event that is already filling up the seats at this year's summer event in Vegas.

Attendees can either select the weekend or weekday training option, since it will be offered twice at the Vegas event.
